Founded in 1881 in Niigata, KIKUSUI SAKE CO., LTD. has selected SALIOT for the "Main Building"—a relocated and restored former soy sauce brewery transformed into a hub for sharing the appeal of fermentation—and "DOZOU," a community space renovated from the former Takazawa residence storehouse.

In the Main Building's shop space, the fixtures and display stands are designed to be movable for easy layout changes. By leaving the original beams and pillars exposed, the space preserves the historical atmosphere of its origins as a soy sauce brewery. While the lighting fixtures are installed at a significant height to avoid interfering with these structural elements, SALIOT allows for effortless adjustments without the need for aerial work platforms or ladders.

The layout of the Lab Space, located at the back of the shop area, changes depending on the workshop content. With SALIOT, multiple pre-set lighting scenes can be easily recalled. By individually adjusting the illumination angle, beam angle, and dimming, and color temperature, it expands the range of spatial presentation, ensuring the perfect environment at all times.

SALIOT is also installed in "DOZOU," a space that hosts various concerts and exhibitions.

In this flat space without partitions or steps, lighting contrast is used to create ambiance and guide guests. By recalling SALIOT lighting patterns tailored to the event's progression, a story-like presentation akin to a movie or stage play is made possible. This allows visitors to experience a sense of anticipation at the start, deep immersion during the event, and a lingering afterglow afterward.
